About Chef Red
I tapped into my culinary roots in my early adolescent years as a Foodnetwork fanatic. Not knowing that what I would watch on a day to day basis would eventually become a passion of my own. After attending culinary school in the late 2010s I began working in fine dining restaurants & country clubs to get my feet wet in the food industry. I’ve achieved a lot in such a short period of time at such a young age earning my first Sous Chef position at the age of 21 but that wasn’t enough to satisfy my passion & drive for food. I quickly transitioned from a 9-5 worker to a full-time business owner at the age of 22, perfecting my craft & honing my skills one day at a time. The proof is in the work. Its more than just food with me, its an experience, the Chef Red Experience!
